Knife was beautifully made. My son loved it

LOVE IT! My son loves it, I love it, the mail lady loves it! Once I had the hardware it was a breeze to put on. The only thing that’s a bit of a bummer is I had to buy an entire mailbox flag kit to be able to put it on the mailbox, wish the hardware was included because throwing away the rest of the kit felt so wasteful.

Special care was given and they worked with us to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. Timely fast communication to help me dial-in our concept and turn it into an incredibly awesome gift. The unique wording on both sides of the handle throat and engraving on both sides of the axe cheek make it special from any angle. The delivery came carefully packaged in a large box with ample protective plastic. Thank you.

Didn't have to utilize customer service. I like the quality of item, shipping was reasonable timing. Only thing unexpected was the charm being enclosed in plastic, but regardless I like it & would recommend. The plastic will protect it, but it looks sturdy without it. Still, glad I ordered it.
