Real makers, real shops. Every listing on Crafters Market is built by an approved CNC artist or woodworker we've personally vetted. 2. Talk to the maker. Want a custom size, a different finish, or your family name on it? Message the maker directly from the listing page. Most reply within twenty-four hours and can quote a custom build in a single thread. The same artisan who'll cut your piece is the one answering your questions — there's no support layer between you and the workshop.
3. Pay safely. Checkout uses Stripe — the same processor Shopify, Substack, and tens of thousands of indie storefronts trust. Every transaction is encrypted, your card is never stored on our servers, and Apple Pay, Google Pay, and standard card payments are all supported. If your order ever runs into trouble, Stripe's buyer protection covers you on every purchase.
