Personalized family name wood burned on a handcrafted 12x9 maple board, permanently etched with custom lettering made-to-order.
A personalized family name board designed to keep things beautifully simple. This 12x9 inch maple wood board features your family name as the centerpiece, hand burned directly into the wood. The “The Longs” board shown is the sample; your board will be created with your own family name. Each board is individually created and wood burned by hand in The Heirloom House Studio. The lettering is permanently burned into the maple rather than printed, painted, or applied with vinyl. Because every piece of real wood has its own grain, tone, and natural markings, each finished board will be one of a kind. The maple is finished with Odie’s Oil to enhance the natural grain and give the wood a rich, smooth finish. Each board is made to order and carefully finished individually. Simple, timeless, and personal, this board makes a beautiful family keepsake as well as a wedding, housewarming, anniversary, or new-home gift. To care for the wood, wipe gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth, avoid soaking or harsh cleaners, and reapply Odie’s Oil as needed.
