- Talk to the maker. Want a custom size, a different finish, or your family name on it? Message the maker directly from the listing page and work out a custom build in a single thread. The same artisan who'll cut your piece is the one answering your questions — there's no support layer between you and the workshop.
- Pay safely. Checkout uses Stripe. Every transaction is encrypted, your card is never stored on our servers, and Apple Pay, Google Pay, and standard card payments are all supported.
- Track to your door. Tracking information is available when the maker adds it to your order, and shipping updates come by email. We never spam — just updates about your order. The whole flow is designed to feel like buying from a friend who runs a small workshop, except backed by real fulfillment infrastructure.
